What shipping methods do you use?
At Pirseus, we primarily use FedEx for our shipping. However, based on your location, availability of services, and cost efficiency, we may opt for alternative trusted carriers to ensure the best possible delivery service.

Transit Time: Typically between 6 to 9 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
Handling Time: 1 to 3 Business Days.
Estimated Delivery Time: Expect your order to arrive within 7 to 12 Business Days from the time it is placed.

How much will shipping cost?
We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.99 USD for all orders within the United States. This ensures consistent and reliable delivery at an affordable price.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@pirseus.com before your order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the address, and if the order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the re-shipping charges.
What should I do if I accidentally ordered the wrong product?
If you ordered the wrong product by mistake, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Additionally, if you need the correct item sent to you, you may need to cover the cost of reshipping the replacement product.
What happens if my order is undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect address?
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, the original shipping fee will not be refunded. You will also be responsible for paying the re-shipping cost to have the order sent to the correct address.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your package on the carrier’s website. If you don’t receive your tracking number or need assistance, feel free to email us at support@pirseus.com.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@pirseus.com. Cancellations are only possible before the order has been dispatched. Once your order is shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, you can return the item according to our Return & Refund Policy.
What should I do if my package is damaged upon delivery?
If your package is visibly damaged when it arrives, please reject the delivery and notify the courier. If you’ve already received the package and noticed damage, contact us within 48 hours at support@pirseus.com with photos of the damaged item. Depending on the situation, we will arrange a refund or replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are not shipping internationally at this time.
