This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed within the United States. By placing an order with Pirseus, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Transit, Handling, Cut-Off & Delivery Time

Transit Time: 6 to 9 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

Handling Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time

Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 12 Business Days from the time the order is placed

Note: While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier-related issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Delivery Methods

We primarily ship via FedEx. However, depending on your location, service availability, or cost efficiency, we may select alternative trusted carriers.

Shipping Costs

Flat shipping rate of $6.99 USD for all orders within the United States.

This flat rate ensures consistent and reliable delivery at a reasonable price.

Customer Responsibility Wrong Item Ordered

If you mistakenly order the wrong product:

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

You may also be required to pay for the shipping of the correct item (if applicable).

Tip: Please review your order carefully before completing your checkout.

Incorrect Address or Contact Information

It is your responsibility to provide the correct address and contact details. If your shipment is delayed or undeliverable due to:

An incorrect address.

An invalid phone number or email.

Pirseus will not be liable for any additional costs. You may need to pay extra for re-shipping.

Change of Address

If you need to update your shipping address:

Contact us before your order has shipped at support@pirseus.com.

Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot change the address.

If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay for re-shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

If you do not receive your tracking number or need assistance, please email us at support@pirseus.com.

Wrong Address or Undeliverable Orders

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

The original shipping fee will not be refunded.

The customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Tip: Always double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order:

Contact us immediately at support@pirseus.com.

Cancellations are only possible before the order is dispatched.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it as per our Return Policy.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears visibly damaged upon delivery:

Reject the delivery and notify the courier.

If the parcel is already delivered, please contact us within 48 hours at support@pirseus.com with photos of the damage.

Depending on the situation, we will arrange for a refund or replacement.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is included in the product price and shipping fees, where required by law.
