Quick Overview
Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
Exceptions: Customized or final sale items are not returnable unless damaged or defective.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
The ring must be unused, unaltered, and returned in its original box/packaging with all included tags or accessories.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Customized pieces, engraved rings, or items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Items must be returned with a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN). To obtain a RAN, email us at support@pirseus.com with your order number and reason for return.
Note: Unauthorized returns or returns without an RAN will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved, you will receive:
A downloadable return label via email, or
A return label included in the original packaging (if applicable).
Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product and using a trackable shipping service. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
Personalized/custom rings
Gift cards, discount codes, or promo vouchers
Clearance or final sale items
Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear
How to Return a Ring
Email support@pirseus.com with your order number and return reason (include photos, if applicable).
Once approved, we’ll send a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Include the RAN inside the return package.
Upon receiving your return, we’ll inspect the item within 3–5 business days.
If approved, you’ll receive a refund or exchange confirmation via email.
Items not meeting return criteria will not be refunded. In such cases, we will notify you with further options.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your ring arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a free return shipping label and issue a replacement or refund based on your preference.
Do not attempt to fix or alter the item yourself; doing so may void your eligibility.
Exchanges
To exchange a ring:
First, return the original item following the return process above.
Once your return is approved and processed, place a new order for the desired item.
Exchanges are subject to availability at the time of reorder.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for the following situations:
Items that fail our inspection or do not meet our return criteria.
Products marked as “Final Sale,” customized, or made-to-order.
Orders cancelled after shipping will not be eligible for a full refund. Only the product cost (excluding shipping) will be refunded.

Supporting photos of the damaged/defective product.
Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund that covers:
